    • Before Work Begins: Full refund of any payments made.
    • After Work Begins: A prorated amount will be refunded based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Third-Party Services: Any third-party services purchased (e.g., domain registration, hosting) are non-refundable.
  4. Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
